At Trigger Airsoft, we stand by the quality of our tactical gear and equipment, offering a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are intact and the product has not been fielded to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and the RMA form are included inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value airsoft markers.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
