We ship all airsoft markers via ground courier with signature required. Please note that we only ship within the country and comply with all local regulations regarding the transport of imitation firearms.
Do I need a license to purchase an airsoft gun?
No license is required for purchase, but you must be 18 years of age or older. We require age verification for all airsoft marker purchases to ensure compliance with safety standards.
What is your return policy for tactical gear?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like face masks and internal upgrade parts are final sale.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most airsoft markers come with a 30-day limited manufacturer's warranty. This covers factory defects but does not include damage from misuse, improper battery usage, or unauthorized internal modifications.
